Service Description
At Heal to Grow Counselling, we specialize in providing effective and compassionate support for individuals recovering from motor vehicle accidents (MVA). I am an approved ICBC therapist that helps you access your pre-approved 12 sessions after your accident. The sessions are accessible in the first 12 weeks after the MVA and doctor's referral is not required to access that.
Cancellation Policy
At Heal to Grow Counselling, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of appointments to ensure we can offer the available slot to other clients. Cancellations or requests to reschedule made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee (i.e. half session fee), with exceptions considered for emergencies on a case-by-case basis.
