This 20-minute free consultation helps you to get a sense of my therapeutic approach and how I work with clients.

Cancellation Policy

At Heal to Grow Counselling, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of appointments to ensure we can offer the available slot to other clients. Cancellations or requests to reschedule made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee (i.e. half session fee), with exceptions considered for emergencies on a case-by-case basis.
